Terms of Service & Usage Policy

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

AutoEasy (“AutoEasy”, “we”, “us”) provides browser/device automation software, a script marketplace and related services (collectively, the “Service”). These terms (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (the “User”, “you”) and AutoEasy.

By creating an account, downloading, installing, activating a license or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Account & License

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, license keys and all activity under your account secure.
• AutoEasy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the plan you purchased. Each license may only be used within the permitted number of devices/users.
• Copying, redistributing, renting, reselling, reverse engineering, tampering with or cracking the software without AutoEasy's written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable & Lawful Use — Prohibited Misuse

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Commit fraud, misappropriation, deception or cause harm to third parties.
• Distribute malware, spam, attack systems, scrape data unlawfully or infringe on others' privacy.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, copyrights or trademarks of others.
• Publish or distribute content prohibited by law or contrary to public morals.
• Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms the software/scripts interact with (social networks, e-commerce, ads, etc.).
• Use the Service to impersonate others, bypass security controls, or automate for illegal purposes.

Users are solely responsible before the law for all conduct and purposes for which they use the software/scripts. AutoEasy is not liable for any violation committed by users and reserves the right to terminate the service immediately and cooperate with the authorities when required.

4. Disclaimer for Misuse / Improper Purpose

To the extent permitted by law, AutoEasy disclaims all liability arising from User misuse of the Service, including without limitation:

• Account bans, restrictions or losses on third-party platforms caused by your scripts/automation.
• Financial loss, data loss, lost profits or business interruption related to use of the Service.
• Claims, lawsuits or administrative/criminal penalties arising from User conduct.
• Consequences of third-party scripts sold on the script store or scripts you write/customize yourself.
• Sharing machines, licenses, APIs or access with others that leads to unauthorized use.

You acknowledge the risks of automation and accept full legal and operational responsibility when using the Service.

5. Support Policy

AutoEasy provides technical support through official channels (website, Telegram, Facebook) during business hours.

Support includes fixing software bugs, basic usage guidance and version updates. It does not include in-depth training, custom feature development, or support for third-party software/services outside AutoEasy products.

6. Payment & Renewal

• Service prices are publicly listed and may change over time; the applicable price is the one at the time of your payment.
• For time-based plans, the service expires at the end of the cycle; you must renew to continue using it.
• Any taxes or transaction fees (if any) follow applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, interfaces, logos, documentation and related content are the property of AutoEasy and are protected under intellectual property law. A usage license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

Scripts published by publishers on the store remain their property under separate terms; you may only use them under the license you purchased.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AutoEasy is not liable for indirect, incidental damages, data loss, loss of profits or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

AutoEasy's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

AutoEasy may suspend or terminate your access without a refund if you breach any of these Terms, especially unlawful conduct or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

AutoEasy may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect once published. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, it shall be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.
